Will a wireless keyboard and mouse work with a KVM Switch ? Anyone ever tried ? - dongle switch

I use a KVM for 2 of my systems ...

And the use of a mouse and a Logitech wireless keyboard - both of which use 1 USB dongle.

When I power adapter to the USB .... KVM is my mouse and keyboard for both operating systems really free?
