Under Robert's Rules of Order, can an ex officio member of a committee also serve as chair of that committee? - ex officio
I understand that there are ex officio members of the vote in May and not all the rights of other members. However, I am not sure if a can be ex-officio member of the committee including the chair of that committee?
I think you can not, but I'm not sure I understand why.
